Introduction to Counselling

Counselling is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help you understand your experiences, develop coping strategies, and make positive changes in your life. At Mighty Mind, I offer a tailored approach to meet your unique needs, ensuring that each session is focused on addressing current challenges that matter most to you. 

My Approach

I combine an Existential-Humanistic, person-centred approach with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), allowing us to focus on your present-day concerns while developing practical coping strategies. By exploring your emotional experiences with empathy and curiosity, we can also work toward creating meaningful, actionable steps that support your wellbeing and resilience.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes and centre around understanding your current challenges, exploring what feels important to you, and developing practical strategies to support your well-being and personal growth. .
